Shipping Policy

We ship through Canada Post for all Regional and National orders. All packages include tracking numbers and insurance for $100 per package.  Insurance can be increased as needed. 

We can often fulfill orders the next day, but sometimes orders require being made just for you.  If this is the case, please allow 3-5 days before your order is shipped. 

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed.  You will then receive a shipping notification email once we have made and packaged your order.  That email or text will include a link to track your package as it travels to you. You can also update the delivery driver on that site for special requirements ie, "Leave at side door" etc...
